My name is Keteng Lenko, I’m 28 years old young man living with a disability. I always strive beyond my disability, I believe everyone has the ability to do great things in life. We all are capable of being a better person than we are today. Going against what you experiencing at the moment will always push you to do exceptional work. Who are we to be defined by our situation? Who said we are not capable of being high achievers? In order to strive to be the best we need to do away with the fear of the unknown and start believing that “We can do all things nothing can limit us”
Marianne Williamson said our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
In 2016 I undergone a hip replacement operation at Somerset Hospital. My fear was that I would not be able to walk again as young as I am I thought of everything that I inspired to achieve in life with the possibility of not being able to walk again I had a lot of fears. But with the support of my family, friends and the hospital staff I had to attend session with the physiotherapist and it took me a month to recover and I walked again. I always pushed myself to do regular exercises and followed the instructions provided by the physiotherapist and with all that I managed to heal quickly. I believe in life we all have the ability to do the impossible only if we believe in ourselves and not the limitations that life sets for us. In all you the only one who can drive your ambitions.
