In collaboration with DKMS Africa, Afrocentric Wellness is amplifying awareness of blood cancers, disorders, and treatments. The collaboration is the perfect arena for Afrocentric Wellness, Sanlam, Santam and MiWay to leverage existing platforms to encourage employees and the greater Afrocentric Wellness community to join the fight against blood cancer. The scourge of blood cancer and disorders among South Africans is major. Every year, in South Africa, more than 7,300 people are diagnosed with blood cancer and more than 4,000 die of blood cancer and blood disorders.
