Overview

In this training we discuss what bio-hacking is and the different types of bio-hacking that exists. We discuss the relevance of bio-hacking the [sic] the 21st century and look at a real life example of how this can show up. We then look at how can you curate your personal biohacking plan with the resources available to you to make it personal. We then delve into the ethics around bio-hacking and how we need to be mindful of balancing innovation with responsibility and what to consider when wanting to start the journey.
