Being overweight not only creates physical and medical health issues, but also psychological. Whilst it is true that the world of fashion and popular culture have gone too far in creating an almost impossible “ideal”, it is also true that most of us would be healthier and happier if we could manage our weight more effectively.

IGNITE is a 12-week challenge aimed at helping you to lose weight in a sensible and sustainable fashion. It has been developed using nutritional science along with medical expertise. The program completely recognizes and respects that only you can control your weight. The IGNITE program is here to support and empower you, while you become a healthier version of yourself.

The Ignite programme is a really wonderful, healthy and nutritious one.   I enjoyed the food and also the fact that  everything is made so easy. What I enjoyed most about this programme is that you do not have to worry about what to eat and when as the menu for the whole week is given to you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the snacks in between, which ensures that you do not get hungry or any cravings to nibble on something.

I enjoyed the exercises that was given to me, although I must admit that during the first week I was not so eager on exercising, but boy oh boy as the weeks went by and I started seeing the results of healthy eating and a bit of exercising, I really got excited about the programme. The ongoing videos, the fitness workshops the support of the dieticians and especially the continuous support of Kobus, our coach, really helped a lot.

After the first 12 weeks I was so motivated that I continued for another 12 weeks, and I exceeded my highest expectations.   Thanks for the very nice recipes also supplied.

I am very grateful and glad that I enrolled on this programme and will strongly recommend it to anybody who wants to lose weight and start eating a healthy diet plan.

My name is Rhona Williams. I lost 15.6kg and a lot of centimetres, not to mention the dress sizes.  My health is the best that it has ever been in years and I have lots of energy.

The Ignite program is not just a weight loss program. It is definitely a way of living and it is fun. I was supported by a Biokineticist, two Dietitians and Personal Trainers.

Kobus (Biokineticist) did not only provide me with an awesome exercise program, but was also a great coach who motivated me on a regular basis. My “exercise routine” changed from cleaning the house once a week, to exercising at least 40 minutes a day 5-6 times a week.

I was also provided with a variety of healthy eating programs that suit my needs. I also received healthy recipes to prepare the most delicious meals. I did not ever feel like I am on a diet or that I am deprived from anything “nice”, because I was equipped with making the right and healthy eating choices. It also assisted me to help my other family members to make healthy eating choices.

I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to join the program, to do so.  If I can, anyone can!

I am honoured to be able to share my weight loss experience with the Ignite programme.

One of the best results I have seen due to the program is that my cholesterol came down to 4.3. I have lost 14,6 kg  up to date. I am drinking more water, I am more fit. I am enjoying the exercise program and the recipes and eating plan. I am definitely having healthier habits with the food that I am buying. I used to drink a lot of soda drinks and juices.  Since I started with the program I did not drink any, and I am loving it!  Being in this period of lockdown, the program was a real motivation. You have really put together an excellent program. Both Biokineticist & Dieticians  are truly experts in their respective fields. My confidence and self-image is at an all-time high! I cannot thank you enough!

Females with a waist circumference of 92 cm and greater

Provide us motivation as to why they deserve an opportunity to join this program

Be able to attend all prescribed and scheduled program sessions
